Vintage Linen Fabric ‘Boho’ Shade

Dating from the 80s (we think), this vintage U.S.A. printed linen just screams Boho ( in a calm kind of hippie way, of course.).


Measuring 35cm wide at the base, 25cm wide at the top and a whopping 46cm tall it makes quite a statement, on or off!


As with all vintage fabrics this one is limited in supply so once it’s gone…

Vintage Street Scene Shade

OK, so we’re going to get straight to the point here.

Dating, we think, from the 50’s – this is the best barkcloth Bob has ever seen. The best.

And there’s hardly any of it so it’s not here for long.

That street scene just goes all the way around the lamp, it’s really something.

Measuring 25cm wide and 41cm this is probably the only one we’ll be putting online.

Vintage Tapa Print Shade



We’ve covered this shade in this oh so fab piece of 60’s Tapa print barkcloth and think it’s pretty much it!


Measuring 35cm wide and 40cm tall it will be sure to match that retro base you’ve been meaning to upgrade.

It’s the Queen – Glamour!

In 1966 Australia converted to decimal currency and this was our first decimal stamp.

It came in a variety of monotone colours but Bob has had some fun adding a few more to the mix.

This one is Black on Green with a dash of red lipstick!

Printed and stitched to order, you will be contacted after purchase and given step by step updates on the progress of your bespoke beauty.

Measures approximately 40cm square, printed on a cotton/hemp blend and backed with a Lime spot print.

Feuilles – Autumn

Our NEW Feuilles (that’s French for leaves, we can be quite fancy here at BW) print design was developed from hand cut stencils and reflects Bob’s love of all things mid century.

This colour-way is called Autumn and was inspired by the leaves Bob spied on the ground whilst walking to his studio!
